USING DIGITAL TOOLS IN A TEACHER'S WORK

The article discusses the current issues of digitalization of modern education and the fundamental transformation of the professional role of a teacher in the context of the rapid development of the information society. The article analyzes new requirements for the formation and development of digital competencies of teachers, as well as the objective need to integrate information and communication technologies into the educational process at all its levels.

A comprehensive overview of modern web resources and specialized services actively used in educational practice is presented. The functionality and pedagogical potential of the CANVA platform for creating visually rich content are described in detail: graphics, infographics, multimedia presentations; the universal Online Test Pad constructor as an effective tool for formative and final knowledge control through tests, crosswords, surveys and interactive tasks.; the modular learning environment of MOODLE for the organization of full-fledged distance learning, systematization of educational materials and ensuring continuous interaction between the teacher and students.

It is noted that the massive introduction of these digital tools, which became especially active during the 2020 pandemic, makes it possible not only to technologically equip extracurricular independent work of students, but also to create a flexible, personalized educational environment that promotes academic self-realization, personal development and professional development of students. The cross-platform accessibility of services from various devices, including mobile phones, is emphasized, which ensures the continuity of the educational process.

The conclusion points to the dynamic updating of ICT tools and the constant expansion of their didactic capabilities. A reasonable conclusion is drawn about the need for systematic improvement of teachers' digital competencies, timely development of promising technologies, including mobile learning formats, augmented and virtual reality tools, as well as professional creativity in the search for the most effective methodological techniques for their integration into educational practice.
