TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

The article examines the issues of technical support for the educational process in the system of secondary vocational education in the Russian Federation. It analyzes the regulatory legal acts governing the equipment of secondary vocational education institutions, including the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation,” the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation approving the state program “Development of Education,” and the provisions stated in the Address of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly. The necessity of modernizing the material and technical base of colleges and technical schools in accordance with current labor market requirements and WorldSkills standards is emphasized. The article substantiates the importance of equipping workshops with modern equipment, computer technology, licensed software, and interactive and presentation tools. It also considers the interaction between educational institutions and employers, including targeted training for specific enterprises, using the example of United Shipbuilding Corporation. It is shown that practice-oriented training of students on modern equipment makes it possible to prepare qualified specialists capable of solving production tasks efficiently and adapting to high-tech industrial conditions. The article concludes that responsibility for the technical support of secondary vocational education should be shared between the state and business, and that labor market monitoring is essential for the timely modernization of the material and technical base of educational institutions and for training personnel for key sectors of the national economy.
