INTERACTIVE FORMS AND METHODS OF WORK

The article examines interactive forms and methods of work in the context of contemporary educational reforms. It is noted that innovative activity in vocational education acquires special significance and affects the forms of organization of the educational process and teaching technologies. Interactive learning is interpreted as a way of acquiring knowledge and developing skills through the interaction of teachers and students as subjects of educational activity. It is emphasized that this approach is aimed at developing critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to solve situational professional tasks. The article presents data on the degree of information retention depending on the form of educational activity and distinguishes passive, active, and interactive teaching methods. The principles of interactive learning are considered, including freedom of choice, openness, activity, feedback, and correlation between results and costs. The rules for organizing interactive interaction are described as based on a non-judgmental attitude toward the learner’s personality, partnership in communication, maintenance of participants’ activity, and practical orientation of educational work. Particular interactive methods are analyzed in detail, including role play, brainstorming, debate, discussion, and talk show. It is concluded that the introduction of interactive forms and methods contributes to the formation of professional qualities in specialists, makes it possible to practice skills in conditions close to real ones, and thereby improves the quality of training of competitive personnel.
