PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF STUDENTS BY MEANS OF CREATING A PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM

The article examines pedagogical support in the system of secondary vocational education. Support is defined as a way of creating conditions that enable an individual to make optimal decisions in various life and professional situations. The purpose of the study is to create conditions for the personal development of students majoring in Information Systems and Programming. An automated information system is proposed as a means of solving these tasks. The main areas of work are identified as diagnostic, organizational and pedagogical, counseling and preventive, corrective and developmental, educational, scientific and methodological, and material and technical activities. It is shown that the system makes it possible to create a student database, monitor personal and professional development, provide targeted assistance to at-risk students, and ensure interaction with the teaching staff and external organizations. The graduate model being developed is considered as a guideline for professional development and as a factor motivating students to create their first professional product. The importance of new technologies, trainings, and game-based forms of work in the development of adaptation skills, professionally significant qualities, and integral personal characteristics is emphasized. The article substantiates the need for a systemic approach to pedagogical support under conditions of social and economic instability. It is concluded that the effectiveness of support is achieved through coordinated interaction among all participants in the educational process and through the creation of favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions for the professional and personal development of students.
